Within Barishal City: Requests for return or exchange must be made within 3 working days from the invoice date. Outside Barishal (Upazila/Village): Requests must be made within 5 working days from the invoice date. ⚠️ Preferably within 24 hours of delivery for frozen items.
📦 Returnable/Exchangeable Product Conditions
The packaging must be unopened and undamaged The frozen product must be stored at the proper -18°C temperature The product must not be past its expiry date.
🔁 Return & Exchange Process
Within Barishal City: Home pickup may be available in selected areas (conditions apply).
Outside Barishal: You must send the product back via a local courier service.
